Coach Webster began coaching as an assistant wrestling coach at Euclid High School in 2010. He then became the head wrestling coach at Forest Park Middle School in 2011 until Forest Park was closed. Coach Webster then returned to Euclid High School as an assistant varsity coach in 2017. He became the Head Wrestling Coach for the Panthers in 2019. Coach Webster plans to build the Euclid Wrestling program and assist young wrestlers in their transition from being high school wrestlers to collegiate wrestlers. He expects all student athletes to give their best effort in the classroom as well as on the wrestling mat.

Coach Webster was a four-year varsity wrestler and graduate from Euclid High School in 2001. He attended Cuyahoga Community College for one year and wrestled on a partial wrestling scholarship. He was a national wrestling qualifier during the 2001-2002 wrestling season. Coach Webster also attended Lake Erie Barber College and earned his barber certification in 2003. He has worked as a licensed barber in the Euclid community for 17 years. Coach Webster earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 2010 and his master’s degree in Education in 2016.
